- How much water do I need to drink?
So the average female needs to drink 2.7 litres of water every single day, and the average male needs to drink 3.9 litres of water every single day.
But it doesn't stop there.
For every one cup of coffee you introduce into your day, you need to add another one cup of water to that total. For every hour of exercise you do, you need to add two cups of water to that total.
For every standard drink of alcohol you have, you have to add another one cup to that total.
So if you're drinking coffee, training, and drinking alcohol in the same day, you're gonna be drinking a lot of water.
Now, it's very important if you're looking to burn body fat as well that you keep that water level up to those required levels.
Remember, drink water every day. Your body is made up from it.
You need it.
